I'm having an issue where only one user is unable to user a particular printer, because everything they print is coming out blank. Other users can print to this printer without issue. On that users computer I've tried the Versalink B405 v4 driver, global v3 ps driver, and I've tried using the Xerox Smart Start all with the same result; the printer prints blank for that one person. I tried removing the xerox desktop print experience program but it just gets stuck uninstalling for 30+ minutes, is there a way to remove this manually/could this be the issue? Can someone please point me in the right direction to get printing here? Thank you.
