I would check to be sure all the packing tape was removed from the toner and imaging unit. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.
I received my brand new C310 today and set it up. Unfortunately, it's not printing correctly. Please see the attached print test pages. Do I need to return it, or is there a simple fix?
