Printing Envelopes In Manual Feed Tray

Hi BKT

open the Ms Word and do these settings it will force the printer to use the tray which you want and it will not print until you load the envelop paper in the desired tray

I have never heard this problem before so I would recommend contacting Support for more assistance at 1-800-821-2797.

On the CentreWare Internet Services Status Tab (reachable by entering the IP address for the printer),

I see that Tray 1 is Ready for 8.5x11 paper.

Tray 2 is Ready for the #10 envelope.

Perfect.

However, there are two problems:

1. Until this a.m., when I pushed some wrong button, sending a command from Word to print an envelope paused the printer until I inserted the envelope. Now, the envelope prints immediately, and if there is not envelope inserted, the address comes out from Tray 1 on plain paper.

2. Up until today, the printer waited for an envelope in the manual feed, but I had to go through a series of prompts whether I want to keep the Manual Feed tray send for envelopes, and then press "continue."

What should happen is that (a) the printer waits for me to insert and envelope, and (b) prints without any additional prompts or screens.

The user's manual has no simple explanation of any of this, as far as I can see.
