Re: Printing Enveloppe US10 on decidated Enveloppe Tray #1

Frankly I've had so much problems with MS word envelope design even from the bypass tray.

It's a constant trial and error until I can find a pcl 6 or pcl 5 driver that works with whatever model I'm attempting to print from. I often have to lie and say envelopes are SEF in the MS word design options for it to print in correct orientation. I strongly suspect it ignores the driver so I end up tinkering with unique settings nearly every time.

PCL 5 seems to work best though

Re: Printing Enveloppe US10 on decidated Enveloppe Tray #1

Does anyone have a clue on this? All enveloppe are well printed into the Bypass tray.

It as no Eureka on this, no procedure except telling the copier the tray is a enveloppe tray into the administration tools configuration.

Printing Enveloppe US10 on decidated Enveloppe Tray #1

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

Hi,

We have an Xerox AltaLink C8035 with an enveloppe tray we purchase and configure the tray into the administrator panel.

Normally when we print our enveloppe "task saved into Public folder" in the bypass tray, eveything is fine.

When we print the same document with the tray #1 (enveloppe tray), the enveloppe header and logo in the footer of the enveloppe are misalign (top header are outside the top enveloppe) and footer are like close the middle the enveloppe.

I try to rebuild the enveloppe, but it's the same with Words with Enveloppe design.

Enveloppe are really the same size, and in the bypass tray everything is well printed and aligned.

Any clue on this?

Thanks
