We have a number of Xerox machines in our enterprise and I am having this issue with only one of them. It is a Xerox Workcentre 7556. We have two 7556's and only this one has the issue. Whenever we print 11x17 PDFs or 11x17 out of photoshop, it fails to print and gives error 22-319-04. I upgraded the firmware on this device because I was told that it was supposed to fix this issue, but it did not.
We are using the exact same driver on the other device and it works just fine on the other device.

v .222.06502 fixed this code if printing an A4 pdf. Have a tech come in and do an alt boot load of the latest spar or general release. Also make sure the paper trays are reading the correct size.
Thanks for the reply - as I said, I did upgrade to the latest firmware and am still having the issue.. I am certain that the correct paper size was selected but I will double check.
Wich firmware version is actually on the device?
Over time, This code has been associated with a few kind of problems that has been corrected in different software versions. The latest known to correct a problem related to a 22-319-04 is the 061.121.225.05100 firmware. See if you have this version or something more recent.
But I know there is still a 22-319-04 instance that is in developper hands. If this instance is related to your problem or not, I don't know. Either way, the solution could be in the next firmware release.
If you have two identical machines at same firmware level and only one show the problem, it could be corruption at the driver level (even if you use the same driver as the other machine, the driver is only a copy of the other) or at firmware level at the machine, then you will need to place a service call to have a software reload done.

The firmware on the device is 061.121.224.18803 I upgraded it with the latest off of the website.
This happens to many of our computers, we have around 500 in our enterprise. It happens on brand new computer and older computers. I have tried reinstalling the drivers on the troublesome computers but they still fail with this error code. It seems like it is happening only when they try and print to 11x17 paper.
If you have a service contract with Xerox, I suggest you call support to have the latest SPAR (220.127.116.1100 at the time of writing this) or have a Service Representative onsite to do it and/or to diag further if needed.
