Re: Printing Fading

Hi There, typically when you see this issue, the drum needs to be replaced. I understand there is 21% of life left in the drum unit, you may want to look at replacing it to see if that resolves the issue. If it does not, contact our support department for assistance, 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Thanks,

Printing Fading

Product Name: VersaLink B7025/B7030/B7035
Operating System: Not Specified

Hi

We are using the Versalink B7030, it is a black and white copying and printing machine.

The prints began to progressively fade out for both copying and printing.

I have checked and the level of the toner and drum are as follows:

Drum:           21%

Toner:           63%

I am attaching so photos of the prints as examples.  On closer inspection of the photos I have taken it seems that there are great deal of lines in the print which are compromising the print.  What do you think is the cause of this problem and can you suggest any ideas how to tackle the issue.

Good day and thanks for the support

Ivan
