Re: Printing Forms

Printfun:

"Maybe I am misunderstanding the quesiton, but you could just turn over the forms before you put them in the tray? . . . you can buy reverse-order forms in most cases.

Please let me know if I have missed something here.(Sure wouldn't be the first time!)"

No, you hit it.  Actually, we figured out a couple of things, like setting the tray to "Preprinted," and, that "custom forms" are supposed to go in end-wise.

Unfortunately, we have a whole stack of new forms, all numbered.  So, yes, we can reverse the order the hard way -- would seem a shame to re-order now just for this.

I was kinda hoping for another work-around that didn't require this, but, alas, such is life.

Thanks for the reply, and Merry Christmas!

Re: Printing Forms

Maybe I am misunderstanding the quesiton, but you could just turn over the forms before you put them in the tray? If this messes up your numbering order, you can buy reverse-order forms in most cases. If they are forms you have specially printed elswhere, you should tell them you would like them in reverse order when you place your order.

Printing Forms

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We recently acquired a pre-owned Phaser 7400.  Nice machine, well cared-for.  It replaced a 7700.

We would like to keep pre-printed, numbered forms in one tray that one user in our office can print to while preventing others from printing there.  Since they are numbered forms, the print needs to happen on the top side of the first sheet, whereas the default is to print on the facedown side.

Surely someone has found a way to do this?

Sincerely appreciate any suggestions -- and Merry Christmas to all.
