Hello SCRHA,

You need to make sure the paper in the tray matches EXACTLY to the paper in the print menu. Size, type, and orientation need to match EXACTLY.

My printer is telling me to change settings on my paper to match 8.5 X 11, however, it's already set for that size paper. I've removed the paper, restarted, reset to no avail.

Any further suggestions?
