Re: Printing On Synthetic Paper Color J75 Press

Hi ProMailServices,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are following the steps for loading your paper and make sure the paper is within specifications.  You may also want to turn on the gloss feature so the text matches the glossy texture of the paper.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Printing On Synthetic Paper Color J75 Press

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

I have a client wanting to try synthetic paper so I have a few sheets of PoliPrint 8 mil xerographic polyester paper. I want to know if there are any settings such as temperature or speeds that I need to adjust in order to make sure the J75 color press will successfully fuse the image to the paper. The paper is 8 mil, 233 gsm and has a melting point of 475 degrees Farenheit. Thanks in advance for any advice!
