EFi fixed the issue in the driver a while ago, go grab the driver from here.
Xerox.com is pretty much always out of date with 3rd party drivers and your Fiery needs to be setup with a DNS server to make sure it always has the latest drivers shared from it.
I guess that image didnt work...
I'm not sure the exact specifics to give. Here is a screen shot of setting up the Fiery C60 Properties. For Tab Stock it auto changes to 9x11.
And when I insert Tab Stock into Bypass Tray 5, and select change settings on the printer itself. I select Tab Stock for the "Paper Stock" option and then try to select 9x11 for the "Paper Size" option it beeps and says at the top of the screen "Must select A4 or 8.5x11". Sorry I can't get a picture of the printers touch screen, I don't have anything here at work to use.
But the two conflicting sizes causes it to not print. I cant set the Paper Sizes to match using the Tab Stock option and regular 9x11 doesnt work with pre cut tabs.
Thanks,
David
Oddly this does not happen on mine with Publisher 2010 and the C60 PS driver.
Also not able to do so in the Fiery driver as seen here:
So what are your specifics?
I am currently trying to print on pre-cut tabs using microsoft publisher via my Xerox Color C60 Printer.
When I set up the printer properties in publisher and select Tab Stock it auto changes the Paper Size to 9x11.
When I insert Pre-Cut Tab stock into the Bypass tray on the C60 printer and select Tab Stock it auto chooses Paper Size 8.5 x 11.
These settings will not allow it to print, if I hit start and overwrite the settings on the printer the job just says "Printing..." but will not start. I have tried multiple different combinations of settings and am having no luck getting these to print.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
David
