I would suggest calling into the support center @ 1-800-821-2797 since this is a new printer, it would be under warranty.
I have a brand new Phaser 6510, first time investing in a laser printer having always used inkjet previously.
Quality of printing is nowhere near as good as my inkjet and there is a faint black line down the middle of the page, like a watermark.
I am using pure white paper, super smooth 200 gsm
Given this printer is 10 times the cost of an inkjet, I am so disappointed and really regret my purchase.
Has anyone got any idea how I can solve the problem of the black line down the page?
