Printing Red Not Gold

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi There,

Yesterday we did a lot of printing and the colour was Gold. Towards the end of the printing the Gold became more Red and today it is the same, either when printing or photocopying.

I have changed the yellow toner (even though it had 22% left) and it hasn't made any difference. I've also used the rod to clean the areas where the toner is and that hasn't helped.

Have turned the machine off and on but also didn't help.

Any advice??
