We had the same problem with a ColorQube 9301. I changed the print driver to the Post Script driver and it works fine.
Yes, the driver has been updated.
The printer is a network printer and I have tried to print multiple copies of a PDF file on another computer and it is working as it should. It seems that the problem is with the configuration somewhere on my computer..
So I uninstall both the printer and Adobe Acrobat to start from scratch, and after reinstallation, I still have the same problem. It's like the printer prints the multiple copies as a single copy. As example, if I choose to print two sets of a file that contains ten pages, when you look at the details of the job on the printer's listing, it says that one job of twenty pages has been printed.
have you tried updating your driver to the latest global 5.216.19 ?
We have a Workcentre 7328 as office printer. I often have to print multiple copy of PDF files. In the print options menu, the offset each set is on but the printer always make a single pile. Worst, when I want to staple each set, the printer staples the complete job all together.
It only happens with PDF files, with Word or Excel the printer works perfectly. We use Acrobat Pro X.
