Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please uninstall any drivers for the Phaser 7500 that are on your PC. After uninstalling please reboot your PC. Install the latest Mac driver from the online knowledgebase for your printer. If the issue continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
