Hello alexcoulson,

I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Software Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Thanks,

Printing custom sizes via AirPrint

Product Name: VersaLink C8000 Color Printer
Operating System: Apple iOS

Hello,

I run a greeting card business and today received my new printer, the VersaLink C8000.

I set the printer up and eventually figured out how to print with custom paper sizes via my Windows 10 laptop. Our cards are 297 x 147mm. The trays are configured on the printer to the correct sizes.

However, when I try to print our designs via an iPad with AirPrint, the custom tray size isn't detected and it tries to print our cards in A4.

Does anyone know how to get AirPrint to properly detect the custom paper sizes that are defined on the Xerox printer?
