Printing directly from Photoshop yields degraded picture quality?
Product Name: VersaLink C8000 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10
I just purchased a Versalink C8000 and boy is it a cool machine.
I've been testing solid colors by printing squares, and I've noticed that when I print straight from Photoshop, I can see little CMY dots around the squares. There aren't many but it's just enough to notice. It's a similar look to when you save a JPG with low quality settings. I then printed by saving as a PDF first, then printing the PDF, and my squares came out perfect, but because it's a PDF, my unique font gets cut off at the start.
Ideally I'd like to skip the "save-as-pdf" part. Please let me know what you think the problem might be.
