After replacing the IOD assembly, had to just work on a paper jam issue and the machine is now working perfectly.

I am very grateful for your prompt responses Sir.
so what do you suggest?
i have identified the cable to the drum driver PWB from the IOD assembly as being PJ101. was suspecting the cable did not fit well into the socket. tried that.

Is there any other thing i can try?

091-581 it is from IOD sensor or from the Drum Driver PWB.

It is about the machine power supply (part no, 112K01070) that one where the power cord is plugged. Sometime this part may fail.

Hi,

Check the paper path for jammed paper.

If this not clear the fault replace the front door interlock switch.
