Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this article, Random Spots on the Output from the online support for your printer. You do not state how many prints you are running. You may need to lower the number, let the fuser rest for a few minutes then continue the run of prints.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Printing error extra ink

Product Name: VersaLink C7000 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10
Can't anyone help? I've googled with no luck. When I print larger colour documents (quantity not size) I start getting excess blotches of ink across the design. This will then slowly shrink to spots and then disappear. If I stop the printer when first spotting starts and restart it doesn't reappear for a while. Anyone know why this could be? 😩 I've had to bin so much paper and I just can't sit watching it print all day to catch it 🤦
