Hello RJ3, 

 

The printer is showing as Unspecified because it didn't install correctly, have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. 

 

 If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Printing error (first print job)

Product Name: Phaser 3020
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello, 

When trying to print from MS Word, the following error message shows "Word can't print due to a configuration problem with the printer".

My printer is connected with the USB cable because I couldn't find it though Wifi. It currently appears in Devices and Printers as "Unspecified" instead of under "Printers".

Please help.
