Assuming Android:

On a Samsung device it is found on the phone/device via

 Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Printing > Mopria Print Service

Select the Accounting option and you can add the info there

Good morning all,

We have a problem with our xerox versalink c7025 printer, the accounting is activated in printing and copying, the auditors are also created.
On PCs we print without problems, on the other hand on phones we download and install xerox print services plugin and mopria, when printing with phones, we have a code: 016-757 and message: this user is not registered .
If someone has already encountered this problem, their solution is welcome.
