When install printer, insted default PostScript driver try PCL6 driver. Thats work for me.
MacBook Air, xerox B205
I still have the same error until now !
I'm using my printer with a MacBook Pro M1 Pro
I've found that most of the problems were due to "Airprint Secure". I disabled airprint and it seems to have reduced the cases.
Dear Team, this issues was reported by multiple customers. No official answer is not a customer friendly response..
Anything else? I have install and reinstall many times the drivers but it is worse. I cant use the printer.
There is no solution? I use it for a small office network, both by WiFi and LAN.
Does it need service to restore the factory settings?
Anyway what I have to do for having a functional xerox printer for what I bought it?
I have tried to reinstall the drivers but it's still doing the same random characters, I dont have this issue on my windows laptop, only with my mac, the store i bought it from assured me it was both MAC and PC compatible.
Hello Gabiene,
This is happenning in Multiple computers. 100+ computers that installed the driver independently.
Most of the errors happen when using a USB cable directly.
So I think I Xerox printers are faulty or the driver is bugged.
I have just bought a B215 multi printer and am having the same issue with gibberish being printed.
I have reinstalled the drivers. Occasionally I get out what I have sent for printing - but only about 1 in 5 times. Very frustrating please advise.
Hi,
This is a issue of a print driver. So, reinstall the driver.
