This is a colorqube. It doesn't use a fuser

Hi,

I think it is the fuser module. The print looks like to be unfused.

Look in the cleaning unit area. I believe it's called a maintance kit on this machine.

Remove it and shine a flashlight in the cavity. See if there if the wiper blade has fallen off and see if you can fish it out.

I'm not sure if on that model the wiper blade is part of frame or cleaning unit.

Printing is making a right mess on the pages.

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Windows 10

IMG_3096.JPG

I've been using this printer for a while now with no issues at all.

On Friday the printer decided it was going to melt the ink that was just printed on the page, onto the heated drum (?) and then print it onto the next sheet.

I've changed the roller in the side thinking it could be because the drum is not lubricated enough.

Clearly this is not the solution.

I've run all the troubleshooting ideas and nothing seems to be fixing it.

Once it's been cleaned it gives me a couple of lovely pages, then a total mess again.

I was wondering if anyone had experienced this with the 8570 Color Qube and if they had any ideas on how to fix this please?

Many thanks in advance.
