Printing issue with DL size envelopes - W7830P

The location of print is controlled by MS, not Xerox.

If it is printing at the upper left they are filling out the wrong thing in Word, the Return address fills the upper left, the Delivery address is in the middle. Other wise someone has manually moved the locations with the section circled here.

This is regarding envelope printing issues for a W7830P.

My customer is using word to type the address for a DL size envelope.

When she types the address in the box and selects the type/size envelope it does not place the address in the appropriate spot on the envelope.  It actually places it in the upper left corner.  I did sell them the envelope paper drawer; so it is not a feeding issue.  It is a placement of the address.
