Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please see the Will Not Print article in the online support for your printer.  Pay particular attention to the last 3 suggested remedies.  If the issue continues after trying these steps, please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Printing issue

Product Name: WorkCentre 3225
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello,

I can scan from the Workcentre to my laptop using the WiFi.  However I cannot print from the laptop to the Workcentre.  The error message is  : "Cannot print".
