I have a Phaser 6180mfp installed as a network printer. No problems on other workstations running XP and a MAC.
I've been having issues printing from MS Office applications and the Firefox web browser on my Win7 64-bit laptop. Error message I get when trying to print is an Unknown error has occured.
I can print from other applications suchs as Acrobat and Internet Explorer fine. I have not tried others but it seems to be hit or miss.
I've reinstalled the driver twice with a full clean out each time to no avail. I uninstalled the driver and downloaded the latest 64bit driver from xerox.com to no avail. I am not sure where to proceed from here.
