Printing multiple copies using covers

Product Name: PrimeLink C9065/C9070 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I have an Adobe Acrobat file.  I print manuals using 8 1/2 x 11 plain paper in tray 4.  I have heavyweight covers coming from tray 5.  They are two sided, including the covers.  Also, three hole punched and stapled in the left corner.  When I make 1 copy, it is perfect, exactly as I want.  If I print multiple copies, the printer prints copy 1 perfect, but when the second copy comes out, there are 4 heavy weight pages in the middle of the document.  The rest of the document is fine.  Why does this ONLY happen when I print multiple documents.I have tried printing from the file directly and from the Fiery after it is sent once.
