Our Workcentre 7120 is not printing in the center of the page. This occurs with all applications and paper types. I can design a simple cross line in the center of 8.5 x 11 with Adobe in either Photoshop or Indesign and the printing will be off center. I can convert to a .pdf and the printing will be off center. If I print to an HP printer on the same network the document will be centered. We have even used generic drivers and the issue remains.
I have searched for a calibration for this issue and have not discovered one for this machine. What might we be doing wrong? Any ideas?
