Re: Printing on 2 part Carbonless Paper from 7556

Update for everyone - here is how we got it to work.

We simply selected UNCOLLATED and a QUANTITY of 2 and a STAPLE and it worked.

I hope this is helpful to others whom may come across this kind of job.

Hello Joe - thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately you have confirmed what I already suspected to be true. This is a big issue since we print a lot of forms that need to be stapled. Thank you again.

It is called subset finishing or pad printing  and it is not available on the 7556.

Your only option is to duplicate the page in Acrobat/Word so it becomes the 2 page job that gets stapled.

Printing on 2 part Carbonless Paper from 7556

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have a single page PDF (also tried Word) and need to print on 2 part carbonless paper to the 7556 using the PCL driver. If I select a quantity of 2 everything is fine but when I want to staple the 2 part form it will not because the system knows the file is only a single page. Therefore, how do I get the system to staple the form even though my file only contains one page. Our Cannon was able to do this without a problem. Hopefully someone knows a trick that will work. Thanks in advance.
