Re: Printing on custom paper

Hi JC64,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that in the program you are printing from that you have chosen the correct size for the custom size paper in the Layout or Page Setup tab of the program.  If that setting is correct then select print, make sure the correct printer is selected and double check your custom setting, then try to print.  If it still prints incorrectly please consider searching the online support for additional assistance or contacting your support centre.

Thanks,

Printing on custom paper

Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I am unable to print correctly on custom paper: the printer aligns the print image to the default paper size (A4), meaning that part of the image does not appear on my smaller sized paper.

I am using Windows 10 x64 and the printer is connected to my router with an ethernet cable.

In the CentreWare Internet Services utility the Paper Supply for the Manual Feed Slot is set to Custom.

In the printer driver I have created a custom paper size, named it TMI, and have saved a new favourite in the Printer properties with settings as follows:

Original Size TMI
Output size: same as original
Source: Manual Feed Slot

When printing from my Windows application I select the favourite from Printer Properties and the page prints from the Manual Feed Slot incorrectly: only the right portion of the print image appears on the paper.

I repeated the set-up using the PS drive in place of the PCL one and got the same problem.

When I try and print using these settings:
