Printing on different formats

Product Name: Xerox B310 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have  Xerox B310 for testing if this printer will fulfill our needs. In our department people have individual printers as they create documents consisting of A4 docs, C5 envelopes and smaller "delivery confirmation" cards (about 10x15cm size). A4 pages are Word documents, other formats are generated PDF files printed with Acrobat. We currently use OKI printers, but since they cease production we are looking for replacement model. We will be eventually replacing over 50 units.

Problem is I cant set B310 to print flawlessly with such 3 formats despite trying many configurations. Printer has A4 paper in lower tray (works ok) and is supposed to accept 2 other paper formats through multipurpose tray. It always nags for confirmation on printer panel despite whatever settings in drivers and printer itself.

It should print A4 on paper from main tray and other formats on whatever user inserts in Multipurspose tray. It works this way on our OKI printers.
