Duplex assembly is fine,
Printer prints correctly from bypass tray.
When printing from paper tray, will often get error to load paper althugh there is plenty of paper left.
Checked paper tray guides. All nice and tight against 8.5"x11" paper.
I'm reading that if you print information pages from the console UI it is still offset.
Make sure the duplex assembly (back of printer under door) is slid all the way into machine
Try feeding from the bypass tray. Does it look normal?
Check that the paper tray is programed as letter and guides are set as such. If it was programmed as A4 it would offset, but it should offset both sides.
If the back stop guide of the paper tray is an inch away the paper, the paper will fall back an inch before feeding, though that usually results in a jam.
Hi,
once the output job from the control panel is fine sounds are a pc/ driver setting issue
honestly im not sure what is the reason exactly but here some hints to troubleshoot, it could help you
1- try to change the driver you use " install it first locally on one of the client pc and print directly "
2- on the driver properties disable the SNMP under the port settings
3- try to print a pdf file not one of microsoft office App
regards,
When printing, the printouts on front of all pages start several inches lower than they should and so the bottom of all printouts is cut off. When duplex printing, the backs of the page are fine.
Behavior is seen from all clients and when priting out diagnostic pages from front panel.
No errors shown.
