That sounds peculiar. I would recommend speaking with a Network Specialist at 1-800-821-2797 for more assistance. Please have your device serial number ready at they will need that to authenticate you.

Hi!

Word or Firefox for example Close by themself after sending the printing command. No Error on Display ...

It is from every windows10 PC the Same ...

So the only way is to print a PDF First, then open IT in pdf24 and then Print to the xerox printer 6000B

Printing only with pdf24 possible

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a used Phaser 6000B. Printing is on all our different devices only with pdf24 possible. It is not possible to print from word, browser or anything else, although the printer is listed and the fresh driver is installed.

That is really frustrating ...

An idea what is the problem?
