Might be obvious, but is your document orientation landscape in both Office Word and the printer preferences?

This is wrecking my head, 

I am trying to print on a a shelf talker page for a store, it is 209mm x 97mm. Using the bypass tray i try configure all the settings it only prints vertically when i need it horizontal and after one page it prompts an error saying to fit different size paper.

Finding it very frustration and i need these for the shop and the bypass tray just isn't working for me!

Looking for any help please.

Printing mainly from open office word.
