I had a similar problem and had to replace the whole drum cartridge.

Printing problem with 5500

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am having problems printing documents from all types of programs and multiple computers to a Xerox 5500 printer. 75 percent of the time it only prints a vertical slice of the printed page. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem.
