If you are selecting tray 1, and it goes to tray 5, you either have the wrong driver, or the application you are using has an over-ride.

MS Office is here, and anything but the 2nd Automatically Select will be causing issues.
LPR is much preferred, just be sure that LPR byte counting and SNMP are not selected.
Hi Joe
<When I try to print it shows these messages: "Xerographic adjustments in progress">
That is not an error, it very likely is simply adjusting or cleaning the drums.
<then shows "Printing Job Error";>
You need to go to the printer and select Job Status > Completed Jobs then select the failed job to see why it failed, my guess will be that you have accounting turned on and didn't setup the driver to use your account code.
<"They bypass tray 5 is empty">
Again, not an error unless the tray is full, it's just an informational notice.
<What could be the problem? It only occurs with 2 PCs the others PCs don't have that problem. >
So the issue is the 2 PC's since the driver and printer are all the same. This definitely makes it sound like it is an issue with accounting stopping the jobs, or port configuration.
Hi I've problems with 2 PCs. When I try to print it shows these messages: "Xerographic adjustments in progress" then shows "Printing Job Error"; "They bypass tray 5 is empty". I configured the driver to select automatically the paper from any tray. Also I reinstalled the driver many times and it keeps showing those messages. Im using PCL6, can´t use Postscript because the WC doesnt have PS installed.
What could be the problem? It only occurs with 2 PCs the others PCs dont have that problem.
