Please take a look at the solutions for "ghosting" and see if any of those will correct the shadow you are seeing. If not then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks. Another problem is that the printed pages sometimes have a light shadow of the printed document a half a page down. Can I get rid of this shadowing text?

I have a WorkCentre 3045 printer, I replaced the toner as it was low. Now the printer prints faded pages with empty areas at the top and bottom of the pages. How can this be fixed? Thanks, Yoni
