Is there somebody experience problems with MSoffice 2010 withe GPD 5.185.19?
When you print the same document with MSoffice 2007 it goes fine.
same problem here, only my customers have this problem with Excel 2010.
they both work with WC 7120, GPD is version 5.185.41 and at least one them has the latest firmware! no problem fix with driver or firmware.
not sure if I miss a post or smtg... but what is the problem you are experiencing?
the problem is that excel seems to lose paper format, the first print the paper format is defined to A4 (which is good), when we print we get de error message "024-747" "job completed with error".
when we try to print after the error message, excel has no paperformat only a exclamation (custom page size), from that point it is impossible to define any paper, whether I choose A4 or inch.
I don't know that the problem is in excel or on the Xerox.
it's a 7120!
Same problem encountered. My workaround :
- Be sure to have the last firmware (v71.13.41).
- Log into Admin on the 7120
- In tools, go to option "Print Service Settings", "Other Settings", "Substitute Tray" = "User Closest Size".
It will let you print your file.
