Xerox doesn't publicly store old firmware, so I would recommend contacting the Support Department at 1-800-821-2797

Printing scaling/reducing not working after update to firmware update 073.190.075.34540

Product Name: WorkCentre 5865/5875/5890
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

   After update firmware to 073.190.075.34540 my printing scaling/reducing not working!!

Any help;Is a setting wrong and must adjust again or something else;Can i go back to previus firmware;
