Hello Mohamed,

I would recommend un-installing and re-installing the Xerox Catalina driver. If that doesn't work I would recommend contacting the Support Department.

Printing with macos catalina 10.15.xx

Product Name: Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

hello everyone,
I hope someone can help me because it became a nightmare.
the problem started after the company bought xerox b215 multifunction printer , when I was trying to install it with macos the problems started .
if I want to make it automatic serach it wouldn't bring the correct driver, I tried to download the global one / N.America / Turkish driver because I am at Turkey but it didn't work also 
when I want to install the driver always saying can not open a certain file from the driver and so on
it is printing strange symbols in so many papers instead of just 1 paper in English or turkish language 
what should İ do?? 

please help ASAP
