Printing with spots, splotches, on every print. How to correct this?

How does one replace the drum? What is the part number, is it a user-serviceable item, etc.?

Thanks, that seems to be exactly the issue. After inspecting the drum, there is damage matching the anomalies on the print output.

Hi,

The drum cartridge is damaged, so you must replace it. Take care when you replace the toner cartridge. You can damage the drum if you insert the toner wrongly.
