Printing with stains

Had the same issue, I'm from Mexico City. The documentation states:

Your machine is probably being used at an altitude of 1,500 m (4,921 ft) or above.
The high altitude may affect the print quality, such as loose toner or light imaging.
Change to the correct altitude setting for your machine.

Just change that value from the web interface of the printer, for more info you can use the user guide in the website.

rint a Print Quality Diagnostic Page

Load plain white paper in the input tray.

On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

A Print Quality Diagnostic Page prints.

Clean the printhead

On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.

Touch Clean Printhead, and then touch Continue.

A test page prints.

Examine the test page.

If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. Repeat these steps for the third cleaning stage, if necessary.
