You could also try to preform a color adjust steps are below. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

From the control panel, navigate to: Settings > Print > Quality > Advanced Imaging > Color Adjust.

Printing with white spots on the side - Xerox C315

Product Name: Xerox C315 Color MultiFuntion Printer

Hi,

We have just bought new printer xerox C315 also with cartridges in package but it seems that the quality of the print is very poor due to the fact that on the sides of the pages I am instantly getting white spots as you can see on the attached photos. I did a print test of all cartridges and it seems that particular problem is with black and magenta colours as white flashes are visible on the pictures. All cartridges should be new and full. Can you please let me know what we can do ?
