Hi,

Check the paper settings in printer driver, because "held for resources" means that the printer need to have that paper type which is setPaper type.png in driver.

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello, I have C405 Multifunction printer which has been installed and working OK for a number of months, today I installed a new Win 10 PC with Word and when I try to print I get a " Held for resources" error on the print que and nothing prints not even a test page.  The printer is " pingable " from the new PC I have downloaded the app and can see the printer settings, ink level etc., just won't print anything.  Other PC,s using the printer are OK,

Thanks Norman
