Hello there,

Have you repaced the broken copy cartridge to see if that will get you printing again?

My xenon workcentre 6027 printer wasn’t printing correctly. Half the page was blank. I preformed all maintances possible on control panel. Changed the ink cartridges and still nothing. Then I noticed it had a ton of buildup of black ink on the ctd black mirror like page I cleaned it off with endless cue tips and it was almost working correctly page was printing but with streaks the more I cleaned. Then suddenly half the black mirror page broke in half which was wrapped around the feeding wheel under the color toner density. Ever since I get a Ctd malfunction possible sensor error and it will no longer print. Does anyone know what part I’m referring to it’s like a super long black glossy page. Is it replaceable I would hate to have to get rid of a printer only a little over a year old.
