Hello TammyL,
Thank you very much for replying! I contacted Xerox's support and they will send a technician to see my printer. It appears the transfer roller is dried out and is soaked with toner in streaks. Insted of cleaning the developer roller, it's getting it even dirtier. There is a possibility the developer roller got permanently stained due to light exposure - except where toner was covering it - which shouldn't happen.
Anyway, I'm still waiting for a reply from Xerox, but they're looking for a local technician to see this case.
Best regards!
Hello Mammal,
I searched our knowledge base and found this article for streaks in multiple colors. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.
Hello all. New to this forum, and first time owner of a laser printer.
The printer is brand new. Been (rarely) using it since it arrived about 2 weeks ago.
Printed images for testing and was shocked how good such a printer could be!
Today my wife printed some graphics and they came out with streaks. I tried to clean the rollers with that long brush thinggie; tried cleaning the LEDs on the rear, and tried to clean the roller/developer through the menu.
None of it worked.
Even when "copying" with the scanner empty and setting content type to "photo", it comes out with streaks - basically cyan and yellow. But there was test print which spit out a blue, magenta, green and black sheet and they all come out badly streaked. Here's the PDF with these sheets scanned:

I frankly don't know what else to do! 😫
Any suggestion would be much appreciated!
