Hello NHernandez, 

Please review that attached article for printing Black & White (Run Black). If you're still unable to print, I would suggest replacing the depleted magenta cartridge.   If after trying these solutions you are still having issues, please consider calling into our support department @ 1-800-821-2797.

Prints blank sheets

Product Name: Xerox C235 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi everyone,

I tried to find the solution of my problem somewhere on the forum but I did find the same problem I face.

Yesterday, I was able to print normally. My color toners are low level and after a print, my magneta was depleted and the printer asked me to change all the cartdridges.

Anyway, I print color documents very seldom and now I just want to print in black&white but all the sheets going out of my printer are completely blank!

I forced the printing in black&white and it does not change anything.

Even the printer itself offers me to print in black&white as I do not have color and the same, all the sheets are blank.

Is there anyting I can do or does I really need to replace the cartridge in order to have it working correctly again?
