Prints contain a small yellow dash at varying locations on paper

I searched our knowledge base and found this article for spots when printing for you to take a look at.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Hi:

When I print a small yellow dash will print sporadically on the paper.  The location varies on the length of the paper but is consistently printing on the width.  Only yellow is printing; no other colors.

I have attached a photo with the yellow dashes circled in red.

While this is not highly noticable, I would prefer not having these yellow dashes.
