Sounds like you have tried a lot of things, I would suggest calling back into the support department and requesting an on site visit from a service technician.

Hi there,

Is there any hope for gettin prints to come out straight from the C315 printer?

Prints are coming out crooked and margins are different in size on each side even though they are set up to be exact same size in original design/layout and I have tried ALL of the suggested fixes to no avail. I was also in touch with Xerox support and spent a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to to get this issue sorted out but no luck. No matter how many times I adjust the tray or the paper in the tray, every single print comes out exactly the same crooked way :( Each print seems to be rotated very slightly clockwise.
