If the installed print driver is V3 then the photo App in windows 10 will not let you when you click more settings to go to the driver options as another apps and it will give you very limited feature to work on
But
If the installed print driver is V4 then you can go to the driver options as usual when you click more settings
i will recommend you to switch off the " let the App change my printing preferences " option
and from the printer preferences check that there is no scaling option is selected
and the paper size in the app should match the output paper size in the driver
