Good day,
I search the forum posts but I couldn’t find 1 similar so...
Since a couple of weeks I can’t print a doc or pdf with more than 2 pages. When Word or Adobe send the print command to the print server Windows freeze and the command disappear from the queue screen and won't print it. After that freezing moment I need to restart because it will not print anything anymore.
It seems the printer can't handle more kb's then is worth 1 page but I don't know I am just a user.
Please help me out, thank you!

HI FGW2018,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Without a machine model number we can not begin to help you with your issue. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
On the Print server go into Devices and Printers and right-click the printer , then go to Printer Properties > Ports > Configure Port and check LPR and make the queue name lp and uncheck the 2 boxes below it.
If you get a fault when you select Configure port it means MS decided to change it to a WSD port on its own, which is what happens if you install a print driver in Windows 8 and newer by selecting it from the list of printers it finds on its own. If that is the case, reinstall the driver and do it manually, or add a new port via Add Port and use those same settings.
Thanks for the reactions. I own a Workcentre 6605.
I couldnt hit configire port, like you said. I reinstalled the drivers manually and for some reason it works!
Thanks a lot!
